The Renovation of this single Family Residence entailed a complete removal of the interior structure maintaining only the exterior masonry shell. A new

Penthouse floor was added bringing in much needed light to a three story Living Room Space, highlighting the limestone waterfall.

An interior Juliet balcony from one of the Bedrooms overlooks the Living Room adding an interaction with the spaces. A modern circular limestone fireplace

provided a buffer from the entry doorway in this plan layout without closing it up.

Custom designed railings carry the staple design feature throughout, as well as the custom doors and cabinetry. The layering of the ceilings allows for unique functions like the water supply to the master bedroom jacuzzi. All of the bathrooms are individually designed with custom cabinetry and tile work reinforcing the character of the home.
